We Take Care of Everything – Renting Out Private Chalets

Are you the owner of a chalet on a permanent pitch? Through the Julianahoeve rental platform, you can easily rent out your chalet to other guests. This way, you can share your holiday joy and earn some extra income.

Before your chalet appears on the platform, it is inspected by an independent agency for quality and safety. Each chalet receives one of five quality labels, linked to a fixed pricing scheme. Rental rates are carefully determined, taking into account factors such as tourist tax and cleaning fees.

Via the online platform, you can easily indicate when you want to rent out your chalet and when you want to use it yourself. The commission is just 8% of the rental amount, and a clear monthly statement is provided. Signing up is simple via My Julianahoeve.

We are happy to help you.

Yes, are you still unsure about your vacation dates? Then block a number of days/weeks first so that the chalet cannot be booked yet. You can then easily lift the block later.

You are responsible for cleaning your chalet yourself. We will be happy to provide you with information about a number of cleaning companies at reception. 

You decide whether to ask for a deposit when renting out the chalet. You are also responsible for collecting this deposit from the guests yourself. This is not done through the reception desk.
