Yes, are you still unsure about your vacation dates? Then block a number of days/weeks first so that the chalet cannot be booked yet. You can then easily lift the block later.

You are responsible for cleaning your chalet yourself. We will be happy to provide you with information about a number of cleaning companies at reception. 

As soon as a guest books your chalet, you will receive an email containing some contact details. 

You can choose from 5 price categories: bronze, silver, platinum, gold and diamond. You can request the corresponding rates via verhuur@julianahoeve.nl. We will advise you on choosing a category, but the final decision is yours. It is not possible to set your own prices outside these five categories. However, if after a while it becomes clear that the chosen category is not the right one, we can adjust this. 

Yes, an 8% commission is charged on the chalet’s rental price. Settlement takes place once a month.

You can ask your guests for a security deposit yourselves. Please note: You must indicate this when you register your chalet so that we can inform potential guests about the security deposit.

Payment of the security deposit is arranged directly between you and your guests. This means you must send an email yourself specifying the amount of the security deposit. You will receive the guests’ email address once the chalet is booked. Upon your guests’ departure, you are responsible for refunding the security deposit. Your guests can pick up the key to your chalet at the front desk. Our standard check-in time is 3:30 p.m. Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. If you’re renting through our platform, it’s important that a key (and a spare key) is always available at the front desk.

Would you prefer to use your own key box? That’s possible! In that case, please inform your guests about this yourself. Keys can only be picked up at the front desk during business hours.

Upon departure, your guests must return the key to the front desk, unless you have made other arrangements.

This is only possible during the summer vacation period. You can choose a fixed check-in day on Monday, Friday, Saturday, or “variable.” The minimum number of nights during the summer vacation is always 7.  

The rest of the year, variable check-in days apply. You’ll need to keep a close eye on when the chalet is booked so you can arrange for cleaning. During busy periods such as Easter, Ascension Day, Pentecost, and Corpus Christi, a minimum number of nights also applies.

We don't have any “strict” rules regarding this. However, it's important to know that, as the owner, you are always ultimately responsible and that your chalet is well maintained. This also means that there are no defects.
