Cancelling your holiday
Your holiday cannot go ahead? Then you can cancel your booking at reception via the Recron Cancellation Conditions. In the event of early departure (e.g. bad weather, illness, etc.), no refund will be given. Below you will find the conditions and you can calculate the premium.
In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker pays compensation to the entrepreneur.
This amounts to:
- For cancellations more than three months before the start date, 15% of the agreed price.
- For cancellations within three to two months before the start date, 50% of the agreed price.
- For cancellations within two to one month before the start date, 75% of the agreed price.
- For cancellations within one month before the start date, 90% of the agreed price.
- For cancellations on the start date, 100% of the agreed price.
