General

Pets are not allowed anywhere on the campsite.

If you have not taken out cancellation insurance and wish to cancel your reservation, this will follow the conditions of the RECRON industry association. No refund is given for early departure (e.g., due to bad weather, illness, etc.). Below you can find the cancellation conditions and calculate the applicable fee.

When cancelling, the guest pays a fee to the operator, as follows:

  • Cancellation more than three months before the start date: 15% of the agreed price.
  • Cancellation within three to two months before the start date: 50% of the agreed price.
  • Cancellation within two to one month before the start date: 75% of the agreed price.
  • Cancellation within one month before the start date: 90% of the agreed price.
  • Cancellation on the start date: 100% of the agreed price.

You need to register your guests via Mijn Julianahoeve. Once registered, your guests will receive a confirmation from the campsite. You can also rent out your chalet through our rental platform. For more information, please visit the website under “Year-round sites”.

Only one car is allowed on the campsite at a time, unless your chalet has a second designated parking space. If this is not the case, the second car must be parked in front of the barrier on the green strip.

Barbecues are allowed as long as they do not disturb other guests and no orange or red fire warning has been issued by the fire department. Use a safe barbecue and keep fire extinguishing equipment nearby. A bucket of water is mandatory! Fire pits and open fires are not allowed.

Camping

The campsite does not have any pre- or post season pitches. 

A lifeguard is present from time to time. Please note: this is not always the case, as supervision at our pool is not mandatory.

All comfort pitches on the campsite are at least 100–120 m². Some pitches are slightly smaller; you can see the exact dimensions of each pitch during the booking process. The luxury comfort/camper XL pitches are at least 120 m².

With the shower cards you receive at check-in, you can use the dishwasher in the sanitary building once per day.

A maximum of 6 people are allowed per pitch.

To use the showers on the campsite, you need a shower card. At check-in, you will receive a card with 100 points per day, which equals 5 minutes of showering. You insert the card into a device at the shower. From the moment you insert the card and turn on the tap, the balance decreases. You can monitor the remaining balance on the screen. If the balance runs out, you can top up the card at one of the recharge points or at the reception. The cost is €1.50 per 5 minutes.

Yes, a small extra tent (2 by 2 metres) is allowed on your pitch.

Yes, the sanitary building at Park Reiger is open and available for all guests.

You may place 1 awning and 1 open canopy in front of your caravan. Additional awnings or canopies are not permitted, and party tents are not allowed.

Arrival & Departure

No, we do not offer late check-out.

Yes, if you have booked a campsite pitch or a rental accommodation directly through the campsite, you can use our Express Check-In until 23:00. Simply use your reservation number and PIN code to collect your shower or key cards from the machine. Your PIN code will be available in Mijn Julianahoeve one week before arrival. The barrier will open automatically (provided your license plate is registered in advance) until 23:00.

Please note: If you rented a chalet from a private owner, check-in is only possible during reception opening hours.

  • Rental accommodation: Check-in from 15:30, check-out until 10:30.
  • Campsite pitch: Check-in from 13:00, check-out until 11:00.

We ask you to add your license plate in Mijn Julianahoeve (app or web version). This allows you to drive directly to your pitch or chalet from the check-in time. The route to your accommodation will be sent by email two days before your arrival.

In the chalets of Julianahoeve, bed linen sets are included by default with the reservation. A towel set must be added separately; the cost for this is €10.00 per set

There are no rental accommodations that are suitable for people with disabilities.

Facilities & Opening Hours

Yes, you can reserve via Eb & Vloed or Zuid-Zuid-West. Foodcourt42 does not accept reservations.

Access to the swimming pool works with facial recognition. Through My Julianahoeve, under the ‘swimming pool access’ section, our guests can upload a facial photo. The photo is used solely for swimming pool access and is automatically deleted 24 hours after departure. If you prefer not to use facial recognition, we also offer alternatives. The reception can provide more information about these options.

You may still use the swimming pool and facilities for the rest of the day. You can park your car and camping vehicle in the parking lot outside the 30-minute zone

During holiday periods and on public holidays, it is unfortunately not possible to use our swimming pool. Outside of these times, it is best to contact us by phone to check whether it is possible to come and swim.

Yes, the supermarket is open daily during the season (April through the end of October). Here you can find fresh bread rolls, vegetables, fruit, and everything you need for the BBQ

On most weekends, during holidays, and school vacation periods, our entertainment team is active. Click here for the exact dates and programme.

Of course, Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite. Please note that it has a limited speed, so it is not suitable for downloading movies, watching HD live streams, or playing computer games. However, sharing your holiday photos via WhatsApp and social media, and checking your email works perfectly fine.

The barriers are closed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. They can only be opened at night in case of emergencies.

During German and Dutch holidays, the swimming pool is only for park guests. In winter, families and seniors who are not staying at the park are also welcome to swim. Children up to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

The spray park is outdoors, it will only be open in good weather

At the barrier of the main entrance, there is a bell that allows you to contact a staff member in case of an emergency. Additionally, there is the general emergency number 112. If you call 112, you must also report it using the button at the barrier.

Restaurant Eb & Vloed and Beach Pavilion Zuid-Zuid-West are open, with limited winter opening hours. Check the current opening hours here

There are lockers available in the swimming pool. They cost €0.20 each

No, this is not possible at the campsite. There is a gas refill station in Zonnemaire.

Yes, swimwear is mandatory.

Reservations & Payments

Guests are welcome at the campsite. They must be registered and pay an overnight fee. This includes a day pass for the swimming pool with a minimum stay of two nights

Through the ‘Search & Book’ section on our website, you can see which camping pitches are still available for a specific period. Enter your desired dates and then click on ‘Choose pitch’. If availability exists, the free pitches will be indicated with green arrows on the map

Payment can be made via the button in Mijn Julianahoeve or by a bank transfer to our IBAN number. You can find this information on your booking confirmation.

In certain periods, we use a package arrangement. For example: Easter, Pentecost and Fronleichnam. During these periods, only the entire package can be booked. In the summer holidays, the minimum stay is 7 days.

If the reservation has already been entered in Mijn Julianahoeve, no changes can be made online. Please send an email to info@julianahoeve.nl and we will adjust the reservation.

A child is considered a baby up to and including 1 year old; from 2 years old, they are classified as a child.

You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours after booking; after that, cancellation fees apply. The fees depend on when the cancellation is made

Camping & Beachresort Julianahoeve is a family campsite. Young people under 21 years old are not allowed on the campsite without parental supervision. Groups (even of 4/5/6 people) are not permitted.

In 2026, we will accept the ADAC and ACSI cards, provided that the booking is made at least one week in advance (last-minute booking). With an ADAC card, you will receive a 25% discount, and with an ACSI card, you will pay €35 per night, excluding tourist tax. The cards are valid during the following periods:

-February 13 to February 22

-March 20 to March 27

-April 20 to April 24

-May 4 to May 8

-7-9 to 1-10

Please note that upon arrival, you must show your card to prove that you are entitled to the discount. If you are unable to do so, we will be obliged to charge you the discount that has already been deducted when you check in.

 

 

Other

The center of Renesse is 1.5 kilometers from the campsite.

Visitors are welcome. Day visitors do not need to register at reception. They can park their car in the parking area outside the 30-minute zone. Outside of school holidays and busy periods, visitors are also welcome to use the swimming pool for a fee of €7.50 per person.

Yes. The campsite lies right next to the dunes of the long North Sea beach. You’ll be on the beach within five minutes.

You can visit Delta Park Neeltje Jans, Klimbos Westerschouwen, Seal Rescue Centre Aseal, or Play farm ’t Klok’uus. More information is available at www.opschouwenduiveland.nl.

Nearby you’ll find charming towns such as Zierikzee, Goes and Middelburg. Picturesque villages in Zeeland include Veere, Brouwershaven and Domburg.

Yes. From the campsite you can access the walking and cycling network directly. Explore the dunes and forest towards Burgh-Haamstede, or follow the sea dyke all the way to Zierikzee.

Annual pitches

This page shows the costs. In addition to these costs, you must also take energy costs into account. 

You can use the free WiFi network on the campsite. The signal may vary depending on your location. It is also possible to purchase a modem with an internet subscription at reception. A modem costs €125, and the internet subscription is €160 per year. The modem provides a more stable and often faster connection.

If the supplier arrives with a truck that is too large, we will transport the delivery to your pitch. This is only possible if the materials are delivered in the correct way, meaning in big bags or on pallets. When the delivery is made by a van or a small trailer, they can drive directly to the chalet. Could you please inform us about this in advance?

The first step is to send an email to verkoop@julianahoeve.nl. After that, an appointment will be made and one of our responsible staff members will visit the chalet to assess the situation. Then we will discuss the possibilities and determine the asking price. Please note: you must first inform the campsite if you intend to put your chalet up for sale.

Internship

Absolutely! You may use the laundrette, swimming pool, and all other facilities free of charge.

Concert At Sea

If you stay with us during Concert at Sea, you can use all facilities on the campsite, such as our swimming pool, restaurants, and extensive entertainment programme.
