Pets are not allowed anywhere on the campsite.

Check-in for privately owned chalets always takes place at reception, unless the owner specifies otherwise.

Check-in is possible from 15:30. Check-out is before 10:30. Please note: it is important to check in during reception opening hours due to key collection.

If the owner has specified different check-in times, their instructions take precedence.

The owner determines whether or not a deposit is required, so this varies per chalet. Information about the deposit can be found in the chalet’s description. The handling of the deposit is arranged directly between the owner and the guest.

In urgent situations, we advise you to visit the reception so we can look for a solution. For defects in the chalet’s inventory or furniture, you must contact the owner directly. We will provide their contact details at reception.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. For privately owned chalets, bed linen and towel packages cannot be booked.
