We are delighted to have you staying with us! To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have put together a few useful tips and guides.
General information
Barbecuing is permitted on your own terrace if there is a bucket of water within reach.
Is it too cold in the chalet? First, turn on the heating valves. You will find the control panel in the living room. Use the << and >> buttons to set the desired temperature; you will see the change immediately on the screen. Once you stop, the display will show the room temperature again. At a higher temperature, you will hear the system start up.
The panel has a motion sensor: if it does not detect any movement for 12 hours, the heating will return to 9°C. As soon as there is movement again, the heating will return to the set temperature.
The television is pre-programmed with various channels. The TV is also connected to the internet so you can watch TV online.
The TV aan Zee information channel (channels 1 to 4) shows the latest camping news and information about the surrounding area.
You can use WiFi throughout the campsite. At the chalets, it is best to select the WiFi network ‘Chalets Julianahoeve’.
Oven - starting a heating function:
- Set the oven function knob to an oven function.
- Turn the temperature/microwave power knob to set the temperature.
- To switch off the appliance, turn the oven function knob to the off position (‘0’).
Microwave - setting the microwave function:
- Turn the oven function knob to select a microwave function. The display shows a default microwave power and a default value for the duration function.
- Press and turn the temperature/microwave power setting knob to change the microwave power settings. The power can be changed in increments of 100 watts.
- Press + / - to set the cooking time. The appliance will start automatically after a few seconds.
When the set time has elapsed, an audible signal will sound and the microwave will switch off automatically.
Turn the oven function knob to the OFF position (‘0’).
Follow the step-by-step plan to roll the awning in and out.
Rolling out:
Step 1: roll the awning out completely using the push button on the wall.
Step 2: push the large silver buttons at the end of the fabric upwards using the hook.
Step 3: press the button to pull the fabric taut
Rolling up:
Step 1: roll out the fabric completely using the push button so that the fabric is loose
Step 2: pull the large silver buttons down using the hook
Step 3: press the button to retract the awning
In case of strong wind, we kindly ask you to roll up the awning.
- Switching on and off
Press the power button to switch on the sauna. The heaters and color therapy will switch on simultaneously. The default cabin temperature is 40 degrees. After 5 seconds, the actual cabin temperature will be displayed. The cabin timer is set to 30 minutes by default. When you press the on/off button again, the entire cabin will switch off. - Infrared heaters
When you turn on the infrared cabin, the indicator lights will illuminate to show that all heaters are at full power. Use buttons E and F to increase or decrease the power. - Color therapy
Press button N to turn on the light therapy and change colors (red, yellow, green, and white). - Time and temperature
Use the C and D buttons to set the time (+1 minute or -1 minute). Hold down the buttons to set the temperature more quickly. Use the A and B buttons to set the temperature (between 35 and 60 degrees). - Radio function
Press button G to turn on the radio. Use buttons I and J to select the frequency (between 87.5 and 108 MHz). The volume can be adjusted using buttons K and L. - MP3 function
When the cabin is switched on, you can connect an MP3 player. Press button H to switch the sound to the MP3 player. The volume can be adjusted using buttons K and L.
In case of emergency
For emergency assistance: 112
If emergency services are on their way to assist you, always inform the reception desk. They will ensure that the emergency services are guided to the campsite as quickly as possible.
Is the reception desk closed? Call via the intercom at the barrier (main entrance). This is always connected to the manager on duty. An AED is available at the reception desk.
Open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. They work by appointment only. The practice also has a pharmacy.

Departure
We kindly ask you to leave the chalet swept clean and to empty all trash cans. You can dispose of the trash at the recycling center.
Towel and sheet packages
If you have rented towels and/or sheet packages, please remove the sheets from the beds and collect everything in the bathroom before departure. If the bedding is not removed after departure, a fee of €10.00 will be charged.
Something broken?
If you notice a defect or something that is no longer in working order, please report this to the reception desk. We reserve the right to charge you for any damage afterwards.
Kitchen
Please check the refrigerator and freezer compartment carefully to make sure you have not forgotten to pack anything. Please turn the refrigerator to ‘0’ and leave the door open. A fee of €10.00 will be charged for leaving a full dishwasher.
Lighting & heating
We would greatly appreciate it if you could turn off all the lights and set the heating back to 15 degrees upon departure.
