We are delighted to have you staying with us! To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have put together a few useful tips and guides.
General information
Barbecuing is permitted on your own terrace if there is a bucket of water within reach.
Is it too cold in the chalet? First, open the heating valves. In the living room, you will find the control panel. By turning it, you can set the desired temperature; the change will be displayed immediately on the screen. Once you stop, the display will show the room temperature again. At a higher temperature, you will hear the system activate.
The television is pre-programmed with various channels. The TV is also connected to the internet so you can watch TV online.
The TV aan Zee information channel (channels 1 to 4) shows the latest camping news and information about the surrounding area.
WiFi is available throughout the entire campsite. At the bungalow, it is best to choose the WiFi network 'Bungalow'. The password is 27585800. This is also indicated on the modem
Microwave Function:
- Press the “Manual” button several times until you find the microwave function.
- Press the +/- buttons to set the microwave power.
- Press the OK button to confirm your selection. You will automatically proceed to the next setting.
- Press the +/- buttons to set the cooking time.
- Press the Start button.
Once the cooking process has started, you can easily extend the cooking time in 30-second increments by pressing the Start button. Each press of the button increases the cooking time by 30 seconds. You can also increase or decrease the cooking time by pressing the +/- buttons.
Jet Start:
Press the Start button to start automatically at full power with the cooking time set to 30 seconds. Each additional press of the button will extend the time by 30 seconds.
Hot Air / Convection:
- Press the “Manual” button several times until you find the hot air (convection) function. (The default temperature is displayed.)
- Press the +/- buttons to set the temperature.
- Press the OK button to confirm your selection. You will automatically proceed to the next setting.
- Press the +/- buttons to set the cooking time.
- Press the Start button.
Once the heating process has started, the cooking time can easily be adjusted by pressing the +/- buttons. Use the Back button to return to the setting where you can change the final temperature.
In case of emergency
For emergency assistance: 112
If emergency services are on their way to assist you, always inform the reception desk. They will ensure that the emergency services are guided to the campsite as quickly as possible.
Is the reception desk closed? Call via the intercom at the barrier (main entrance). This is always connected to the manager on duty. An AED is available at the reception desk.
Open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. They work by appointment only. The practice also has a pharmacy.

Departure
We kindly ask you to leave the chalet swept clean and to empty all trash cans. You can dispose of the trash at the recycling center.
Towel and sheet packages
If you have rented towels and/or sheet packages, please remove the sheets from the beds and collect everything in the bathroom before departure. If the bedding is not removed after departure, a fee of €10.00 will be charged.
Something broken?
If you notice a defect or something that is no longer in working order, please report this to the reception desk. We reserve the right to charge you for any damage afterwards.
Kitchen
Please check the refrigerator and freezer compartment carefully to make sure you have not forgotten to pack anything. Please turn the refrigerator to ‘0’ and leave the door open. A fee of €10.00 will be charged for leaving a full dishwasher.
Lighting & heating
We would greatly appreciate it if you could turn off all the lights and set the heating back to 15 degrees upon departure.
